Can I return my item?
Not happy with your purchase or changed your mind? We can help!
We accept returns on most items, within 30 days of delivery less return shipping fees. Eligible orders will receive a Fedex shipping label that you will need to print and attach to your return. You would then drop off your return to your nearest FedEx location. If your purchase was delivered by a large item delivery service, we will help arrange for pickup.
You are also welcome to return via your own shipping method. Once the item has been received in our returns department, your refund/store credit will be issued.
Item(s) must be:
- In its original, open-box condition. If the original packaging is too damaged to be returned, you must use a similar sized box as the original, but no longer than 108 inches.
- Not assembled if assembly is required. Please inspect your purchase before starting to assemble.
Items that CAN NOT be returned:
- Clearance/Orange tagged items - all sales are final on these items
- Mattresses, bedding and towels that have been taken out of their original packaging
- Delivery fees that include $4.99 shipping charge for orders under $49, large item fee, or extended delivery area fee, or upgraded shipping/delivery charges (room of choice).

Damaged or Defective Items
Ohhh no! Your item arrived damaged, now what?
You must contact us using the form on this page within 30 days of your item being delivered. Since some of our products are one of one, we will need to address replacements on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund on items reported more than 30 days after the delivery date. If the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
You have two options for receiving your refund. Timing of your refund is based on your refund choice.
We will create your store credit as soon as we can confirm your item is on its way back to us. To expedite this, if you choose to return your item with your own shipping tracker, please provide us the tracking information. If you use our label, please drop us an email to let us know it is on its way.
Once we are notified that your item has arrived at one of our returns locations, or if you choose to return in person to our Omaha market location, we will process your refund. Most people see the funds returned to the purchase card within 3-5 business days once it is submitted.
Requests for cancellation can not be guaranteed. Our system will not allow cancellations once they have left the building with the delivery service. Once the purchase has been shipped, the normal refund policy will be used.
